Contractual performance: Payment processing through Stripe is based on the performance of the contractual relationship arising from the sample request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. However, for service provision, data may be processed by the following data processors:
  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processor based in the US, adhering to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for international data transfers.
  • Abacus.AI — Technology infrastructure provider (hosting and database).

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities. In particular, billing data will be retained for the legally required period (5 years under the General Tax Law).
